A. Thermoplastic Polyurethane
- SKYTHANE TPU
- Its most important properties are:
- Optimum transparency
- Possibility of blend with other polymers like PVC, ABS, POM, PC(as impact modifier)
- Hydrolysis stability
- Optimum resistance to oils, fatty, solvents, fuels, microorganisms and UV rays
- Low permanent deformation if compared to normal plastics
- Optimum resistance to abrasion and compression set
- A wide hardness range: from 56 Shore A to 78 Shore D.
- Extrusion, co-extrusion, pipes, profiles, molding. Other special developed grades are flame retardant TPU, halogen free, FDA approval.
- UV stabilizer and anti-oxidants MB for TPU.
B. Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer
- SKYPEL TPEE
- Its most important properties are:
- Hydrolysis stability
- Low permanent deformation if compared to normal plastics
- Optimum resistance to oils, the fatty, and fuels
- In some cases, working temperatures of 140 Deg.C
- Resistance to low temperatures > -70 Deg. C
- A wide hardness range: from 30 Shore D to 80 Shore D.

AlNiCo The AlNiCo magnet is mainly composed of Aluminum, Nickel and Cobalt. It has excellent temperature stability (up to 500deg.C), low Br. temp. coefficient, good resistance to demagnetization from vibration and shock, high residual density and magnetic stability.
Key Applications: These magnets are widely used in generators, lifting applications, microphones, voltmeters and measuring instruments. Key Facts: There are two different manufacturing processes for AlNiCo: cast and sintered AlNiCo. Sintered AlNiCo has slightly lower magnetic properties, but better mechanical strength than cast AlNiCo. So it is easier to process small and irregular shaped products. Cast AlNiCo permits high temperature operation (up to 500deg.C).Although other materials offer greater energy (BHmax) and coercivity values(iHc), the high performance and thermal stability of AlNiCo makes it the most cost effective material for certain applications. Bonded NdFeB Bonded NdFeB can be divided into Compression Molding NdFeB and Injection Molding NdFeB.
Key Applications: Bonded magnets are widely used in automobile, communication, computer, and micro-motor applications, Key Facts: In Bonded NdFeB production a special form of NdFeB powder is blended with a plastic carrier material, die-pressed and then heated. Parts made in this way can be of complex shapes and come off the tool with tight tolerances with no need for further finish machining. They have lower energy than Sintered NdFeB - in the range of 12MGOe. The Bonded NdFeB materials are isotropic - i.e. they can be magnetized in any direction. According to the processing methods, Bonded NdFeB can be divided into Compression Molding NdFeB and Injection Molding NdFeB.
Sintered NdFeB Sintered NdFeB magnets are produced in a powder metallurgical process and have the highest magnetic strength.
Key Applications: Widely used in MRI, VCM, Motor, Separator, Lifting, Sensor and Loudspeaker. Key Facts: Our supplier has a production capability of over 100 tons per month of High grade magnets such as N52, N48M, N46H, N42SH, N38UH N35EH. We also produce low temperature-coefficient material, which can work well under high temperatures. Sintered NdFeB magnets have replaced SmCo magnets in some fields, such as motors, generators and couplings due to their strength and reasonable prices.
SmCo Sintered Samarium Cobalt Magnet (SmCo) is characterized by high magnetic properties, outstanding thermal stability and excellent corrosion resistance ability.
Key Applications: The above characteristics make SmCo the ideal material in applications like servo-motors; pump couplings, and sensors, particularly where the magnet is required to work at high temperature in a corrosive environment. Key Facts: SmCo magnets are divided into two types: SmCo5 and Sm2Co17. SmCo5 has a maximum energy (BHmax) of 22MGOe.. Compared with 30MGOe(BHmax) of Sm2Co17, the composition of 2:17 magnets offers better anti-corrosion ability and is more stable at very high temperatures. The temperature environment is 250 deg.C ~350deg.C.
Rubber Magnets Rubber Magnets are available in rolls, custom cut sheets, and Die-Cuts, and are often used in such applications as manufacturing display boards, price cards, road signs, posters, and refrigerator decorations. Standard roll length is 30m, 60m. You can laminate the product with a PVC surface (glossy white and Matt white with 10 standard colors) or attach other surfaces upon request. MAGNETIC SHEETS with adhesive paper can be cut completely through to the desired shapes. This process allows the user to easily remove the pre-measured magnet piece with adhesive from the release paper for immediate application. Die-cut products can be produced in various shapes, colors, adhesives or according to other customer requirements. MAGNETIC INKJET PAPER can be used directly by an inkjet printer to produce images with high quality photo effects. This tape is widely used in such applications as electrical engines, micro-motors, electrical acoustic systems, magnetic couplings.
